This property was purchased as a deceased estate. The internal and external walls were completely stripped out and the new floor plan, designed by Tempus Design Studio was constructed. The property is now a home based business and residence combined.

The original Eastment and Richards building on the corner of Alfred and Wood Streets had to be internally demolished and rebuilt to showcase this stunning professional office space.

36 Jackson St, Mackay Renovation

We gave this quaint little cottage in West Mackay a much needed kitchen and bathroom makeover. Walls were removed to create an open plan living space and transformed 2 unusable bathrooms into one functional area with storage. The original spotted gum floorboards were refinished and completed the stunning renovation.
